Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
